1. Days run Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm UK time so there’s LOTS of access to get my support so it fits round most peoples lives
2. Please be as specific as possible with your questions so that I can give you the best replies
3. I am here to support you and there is no such thing as a silly question. Please ask whatever questions come up for you
4. Download Voxer app onto your phone or computer, whichever device you will be using. Make sure you do this before the sessions starts in case there’s any issues to sort out
5. You will be emailed an onboarding form a few days before your session starts so please keep an eye out for this (check your spam in case it gets caught in there)
6. There is no money back guarantee but if you change your mind, you can email within 48 hours of the start date to get a full refund. If you contact us after this time, no refund will be given
