We all know how important it is to make goals and plans of what you want to achieve and then you can work your ass off to achieve them

But something I think is equally as important is to look back at what you’ve achieved so far to see your progress from one year to another!

I bet you can find lots of great things that happened in your life and business if you take the time to look back

Here’s my list …

✴️ I’ve restructured my offerings so that things are more aligned and help my awesome clients with where they need the help the most. Things are now easier and clearer to manage

✴️ In July, I had my stroke which was a little scary! Luckily I’ve recovered well with just a few issues I’m still dealing with. One thing that happened was that I couldn’t drive for a month so made life a little awkward but we managed to work through it

One thing that was annoying was that I had to get extra travel insurance when we went on holiday to Turkey in September which was a pain in the ass as it was about £150 to pay just so that I was covered 😳

✴️ Ever since I broke my ankle in September 2022, it has never healed very well and I still have a lot of issues with it – chronic pain, need to use a crutch all the time. I can’t walk very far and have to use a wheelchair

Having a wheelchair is something that’s really important when it comes to go on holiday as I really need to use wheelchair otherwise I would be screwed!!

That is why it was really frustrating and annoying when we went on holiday to Turkey as they lost my wheelchair and have still not found it! Luckily Antalya airport gave me a wheelchair to use but it was crap – the brakes didn’t work at all and it wasn’t very comfortable. However I was grateful to have something I could use otherwise my holiday would have been completely ruined!

✴️ Immensely proud of Megan (who turned 18 in December) who now has 3 x black belts – Meet June Do, Krav Mags and 2nd Dan in Taekwondo

She has continued competing at Taekwondo tournaments where she has been kicking ass and getting more medals – I love watching her, she truly is amazing

And she is excelling as the Coach for the Kids Kickboxing class and was recently appointed the Instructor for the advanced Taekwondo classes – she is such a natural teacher

✴️ Kenzie (12) continues with her martial arts and is now a Black Belt in Taekwondo and Kickboxing. She will be going for Black Belt in Krav Maga soon!

One thing that I am immensely proud about is that she actually did her Kickboxing grading on her own which was super tough but she coughed through and did what she had to do

✴️ Ripley (9) got her Taekwondo Black Belt in November and she was amazing. She was the youngest on the mats but her skills are just phenomenal as she just really ‘gets it’ when it comes to techniques which is a joy to watch

✴️ We continued with our home education journey (this will be our 7th year now) and still loving it. We’ve started a new schedule which is working out really well for us

✴️ Helped some awesome clients continue to build their business and achieve their dreams which is always inspiring to see

There’s so many things that have happened and I’ve probably forgotten lots so one of my intentions for 2025 is to keep a track of all the good things and achievements that have happened so that I can look back at the end of the year and see how far I’ve come
